Reservation & Confirmation Info
Once we receive your reservation, we will confirm you back within 6hours in week-days and 24hours in week-ends & public holidays.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send the confirmation slip to you or to the hotel before your arrival. So as to be ready when you check-in the hotel and just show your valid passport at the front desk.
Lastminutemyanmar.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation, if we cannot contact you via email or phone no.
Under unforeseen circumstances, Lastminutemyanmar.com reserves the right to modify itinerary and substitute hotels and accommodations.
After the tour is confirmed, we will send you the related hotels’ contacts upon your request in order to keep in touch with your family, friends or company.

Payment & Cancellation Info
At present, we collect the payment in cash on your arrival to Yangon and all credit cards will not be accepted. But, the reservation for the hotel with strict cancellation policy need the respective deposit according to its cancellation policy.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, written cancellation email or fax is a must. If cancellation is made less than a specified number of days, we apply the cancellation fee in accordance with the hotels’ cancellation policy.

Tour Cost Info
All tour costs are net in US dollars and subject to change without prior notice in accordance with the exchange rate inflation and fuel charges.
Generally, our package tour includes guide service, hotel accommodation, domestic flights, transfers and sightseeing transportations and excludes international airfares, airport tax, visa fees, travel & health insurance, personal expenses such as camera fees, tips, laundry charges, excess baggage fees and etc..
We state the details of included and excluded items below the individual tour itinerary with prices.

Flight Cancel & Delay
Lastminutemyanmar.com reserves the right not to take the responsibility if an airline cancels or delays the flight for any reason (including weather). But we will always try to assist you as much as we can.

Medical Issues
As for the medical precaution, though we have the foreign trained doctors and 24hour Clinic service, it is better to bring your regularly used medicines with you. If you are unable to travel without assistance, please be accompanied by an able companion. If you have a condition which requires special equipment or treatment, please bring all necessary items related to your condition. Lastminutemyanmar.com is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during the trip and for the quality of medical care, you may receive.

Lastminutemyanmar.com cannot take any responsibilities for losses or expenses owing to delays or changes in other services, accident, sickness, weather impacts, war impacts and other hidden causes of unforeseen circumstances.
